If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect in any way, please return the item to us within 10 days and we will arrange for a complete refund less return carriage (unless damaged in transit) or a replacement according to your own wishes. |

| DELIVERY CHARGES
All delivery charges are stated on the product detail page against each product item. The delivery costs are included in the price added to the shopping basket. The delivery costs quoted include packaging and delivery by Gatwick Sundries Ltd Couriers. Delivery times may vary depending on the goods involved and the time of year, especially during promotional activity. Once payment has been cleared, every effort will be made to deliver to mainland UK within 3 working days, however this could possibly be 10-14 days during promotional activity. If a quicker method is required, please contact us by email. Next day delivery can be arranged in the UK, subject to a surcharge (details on request), for orders received before 10.00am, Monday to Friday (no deliveries Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays). |
